Aileen McEvoy

Aileen McEvoy comes with over 30 years’ experience in contemporary art forms and museums and heritage with specific expertise in contemporary visual culture and in community development through the arts and heritage. Aileen is actively involved in a range of arts and heritage initiatives following fifteen years of senior level experience with Arts Council England in the north west including as Regional Director (2008 / 2010).

Aileen has substantial experience in strategic planning, policy development, advocacy and partnership building in the cultural and local authority sectors. Currently she is Chair of Kendal Arts International and a board member and organiser of the volunteer-run Macclesfield Barnaby Festival. Alongside this Aileen is Director of her own business, The Festival Gallery, promoting and selling contemporary art.

Kwong Lee

Kwong Lee is both an artist and Director of Castlefield Gallery and visiting lecturer at various universities. He has given lectures, led seminars and given group and individual tutorials to BA art undergraduates. I enjoy this and hope to have helped students focus on their artistic development.
